Corsets, Whips & Honey is a cask-strength American wheat whiskey infused with honey, bottled at 58.5% in a 75cl bottle. It starts as a 100% organic Michigan wheat whiskey, matured in new charred oak barrels and bottled at barrel proof without chill-filtration, then infused with honey from Great Lakes Bee Co.
Journeyman Distillery makes it in Three Oaks, Michigan, in a restored 1890s corset and buggy-whip factory that gave the whiskey its name.
The nose is toasted wheat and cereal sweetness with toffee, caramel and honey. The palate is viscous, with vanilla, caramel, honey, toasted cereal and soft oak. The finish is long and warming, with sweet oak, toffee and honey.
