Corsets, Whips & Whiskey is a cask-strength wheat whiskey from Journeyman Distillery in Three Oaks, Michigan, in a 75cl bottle at 58.5% ABV. It is distilled once from 100% organic Michigan wheat and bottled with no water added.
The name nods to the distillery's home, the old Featherbone Factory, an 1800s building put up by E.K. Warren to make corsets and buggy whips. The whiskey was named Whiskey of the Year at the ASCOT Awards in both 2022 and 2023.
Caramel, toasted oak and vanilla lead the nose. The palate is viscous, with crème brûlée and a touch of citrus, and the finish is long and warming, with ripe banana.
