Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey is a blend of malt and grain whiskey made at Cooley Distillery and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled twice, which keeps a soft texture along with the taste of malt and cereal and a fine spiciness. The whiskey is matured for at least four years in ex-bourbon casks. It is chill-filtered and has colour added. The nose brings lemon, honey and barley with caramel, vanilla and toasted wood. On the palate it is soft and silky, with peach, almond nougat and honey sweetness. The finish is malty, dry and oaky.
