Fuji Single Blended is a Japanese whisky from Kirin, a blend of malt and grain whiskies all made at the Mt. Fuji Distillery. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The nose is delicately fruity, with peach, apricot and orange liqueur, a hint of honey and oatmeal cookies. The palate is silky, with Williams pear, apple, apricot, white grapes and fruit tart, sweetened by white flower honey. The finish is sweet, fruity and long.
