Koval Single Barrel Rye comes from Chicago and is made from organic rye. It matured in American oak and was then finished in Amburana barrel FE4X73, which gives it a sweet aroma. It is bottled at 50% ABV in a 50cl bottle. The whiskey is not coloured and has not been chill-filtered.
