Laphroaig Brodir Batch 1 is a limited Islay single malt made exclusively for travel retail, in a 70cl bottle. Maturation came in two stages. The whisky first spent its time in ex-bourbon casks, and the distillery then gave it a finish in port casks. The distillery bottled it at 48% ABV and did not chill-filter it.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
