A single barrel Indiana straight bourbon from MGP, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2021 after six years in the barrel. It was bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society as cask B7.3, and 190 bottles were filled from this one barrel.
The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. It matured in a first fill new oak barrel with a number 4 char and number 2 char heads.
The notes describe roasted chestnut, caramelised onion and Stilton pizza with fresh thyme on the nose, and a balance of sweet, herbal and spicy flavours on the palate.
