Morris – Signature Single Malt (70cl, 40%)

Morris Signature is an Australian single malt from Rutherglen in Victoria, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It matured first in ex-Australian red wine barrels and was then finished in casks that held a selection of Morris fortified wines. In the glass it is a polished copper colour with topaz glints. The nose offers orchard fruit, macerated black cherry and biscuit. The palate is well rounded with a pleasant mouthfeel, tart jam and lingering cocoa and berry flavours.
