Rum cask finish
Ondjaba Rum Cask Finish is a Namibian whisky made from maize, malted wheat and malted pearl millet. The malted grain is dried over elephant dung, and the spirit is distilled three times. It first matured in virgin oak and refill casks, then received a finish in rum casks. It was bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with no added colour and no chill filtration.
