Signature Edition No.2 is a limited triple grain whisky from Ondjaba in Namibia, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from maize, malted wheat and malted pearl millet, with the malt dried over elephant dung. After triple distillation, the whisky had its first maturation in red wine casks. It then matured further in a Chenin Blanc wine cask and in Jewel of Namibia brandy casks. It is bottled at 51% ABV, without added colouring and without chill filtration.
