Paul John Peated Select Cask is a peated Indian single malt bottled at 55.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is made using Scottish peat and matured only in American oak ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at cask strength and non-chill-filtered. The nose is malted barley, toasted nuts and earthy, smoky peat, with tropical fruit and salted caramel. The palate has earthy notes and barbecue smoke, icing sugar and tropical fruit with a touch of spice. The finish is flourless orange cake and subtle spices.
