This is an unpeated single cask single malt from Paul John in India, in a 70cl bottle. It comes from cask number 4611, chosen for its character, aromas and flavours. The whisky was bottled at natural cask strength, without added colouring. Paul John distillery was built in 1993 in Goa and uses copper pot stills. Its whiskies are matured in American white oak, and the heat of Goa means a good deal is lost to evaporation each year.
