Paul John Christmas Edition 2020 is a limited single malt from the Paul John distillery in Goa, India, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It is made with Indian barley and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, sherry and wine casks.
The nose brings candied fruit, sweet spices, fruit cake and a hint of milk chocolate. The palate is smooth, round and rich, with raisins, caramel, vanilla, red fruit and Christmas spices. The finish is long, silky and sweet, with echoes of nuts and wood.
