A Kentucky straight bourbon from Rabbit Hole, in a 70cl bottle. It is a high rye recipe of 70% corn, 25% malted rye and 5% malted barley.
The distillate is matured for 3 years in toasted and charred American white oak barrels. This treatment lets the whiskey draw more deeply from the wood, which gives the bourbon its caramel colour and rich flavour without harshness or burn.
