Rebel 100 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon (70cl, 50%)

Rebel 100 is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 50% ABV, or 100 proof, in a 70cl bottle. It is made by Lux Row Distillers and is a stronger version of the standard Rebel bourbon. The mash bill is wheated, with 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley, a recipe the brand says has not changed since 1849. Honey, butter and raisins mark the aroma and flavour, and the finish is long and warming with spice.
