Rebel Bourbon 100 Proof Cabernet Sauvignon Finish comes from Lux Row Distillers and is bottled at 50% ABV. It is distilled from a wheated recipe dating back to 1849. After four years maturing in Kentucky, it receives a finish in Cabernet Sauvignon casks. The colour is a warm golden amber.
The nose balances sweet and earthy notes, with dried fruit and light spice. The palate brings oak, leather, toasted wheat bread, caramel and vanilla, with hints of berries and red grapes. The finish is soft and delicately fruity, with a subtle spicy undertone.
