Rebel Bourbon Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a limited edition bourbon from Lux Row Distillers, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof).
The bourbon spends four years in oak before moving into Oloroso sherry casks from Spain for a finish. This adds dried fruit and a nutty undertone to the bourbon's character.
Sherry comes through first in the glass, alongside firm oak, raisins and figs, with a subtle nuttiness running underneath.
