Rebel Straight Rye 100 Proof is a rye whiskey from Lux Row Distillers, bottled at 50%. The mash bill is 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% malted barley, and the whiskey is matured for 2 years in American oak.
The nose brings toffee, mint, black tea and a little citrus. On the palate are spicy cinnamon, dried grains, dill, mint and a hint of honey. The finish is warm and medium in length, with cinnamon, mint, bubblegum, dill and honey.
