Signatory Highland Park 1991 is a 32 year old single malt Scotch whisky, released to mark Signatory's 35th Anniversary.
Andrew Symington hand-selected this 1991 vintage Highland Park for the anniversary release, which is bottled by Signatory.
The whisky spent all 32 years maturing in a single first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, and was then bottled at a strength of 53.4% ABV.
