This is Suntory Hibiki Blossom Harmony, a special Hibiki made to accompany times of celebration. It is a Japanese blend of malt and grain whiskies, matured over many seasons. A selection of whiskies finished in Sakura wood casks has been blended into it. Hibiki itself draws on the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. The aroma is described as redolent of flowers, followed by a mellow, harmonious flavour and a long, richly sweet aftertaste.
