Teeling 30 Years Old Vintage Reserve is an Irish single malt, the third limited edition in a series of single malts made at the Cooley Distillery. The whiskey dates from 1991.
It spent 21 years maturing in bourbon casks, followed by 9 years in Sauternes wine casks as a final finish.
The nose is inviting, with fresh pear and apricot, roasted nuts and chocolate. The palate is velvety and complex, with peach and apricot, then citrus, a light touch of smoke, wood and spice.
