The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a single malt matured for fifteen years in sherry casks and sold in a 70cl bottle. It has a velvety, creamy character, with a full body and an oily texture.
The palate is fairly sweet and fruity, led by blackberry, sour cherry and raisin. The spice recalls Christmas cake, and smokiness is not a feature.
