The Tottori Blended is a Japanese blended whisky from the Matsui Distillery in Tottori prefecture. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks.
The nose brings vanilla, honey, ripe peach and a light touch of oak. On the palate vanilla and peach continue, with light spice and a little smoke. The finish is soft, with a lasting sweetness and a hint of spice.
