The Tottori Japanese Blended Whisky (70cl)

The Tottori is a Japanese blended whisky from the Matsui distillery, which has been based in Tottori province since 1910. It was made in honour of Japanese whisky-making and of the province itself, and it is aged for three years in toasted oak casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The colour is a bright golden yellow. The nose is elegant and balanced, with ripe fruit, spice and wood. The palate is rich and complex, with floral notes giving way to vanilla and chocolate, and the finish is lightly sweet and persistent, with oak.
