This is a 20-year-old Highland Park single malt bottled by Phil and Simon Thompson. It was distilled in 2005, matured in a refill hogshead, cask number 5039, and bottled in 2025 at 54.1% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is citric and grainy, with hay, honey, dough, a little yeast, nuts, almonds and mineral notes. The finish is long, with fruity sweetness and spicy tones.
