Tokinoka White (50cl, 40%)

Tokinoka White is a Japanese blended whisky made by White Oak Distillery, combining malt and grain whiskies. It comes in a 50cl bottle at 40% ABV and has matured in used bourbon casks. The distillery traces its history to 1679, when it began by making sake, and it was the first in Japan to produce whisky, in 1919. The nose has golden notes of fruit, honey and toasted corn. The palate is very silky, with vanilla, spice and malt, leading to a long, creamy finish.
