This is an eight-year-old Islands single malt from Highland Park on Orkney, distilled in 2018 and bottled in June 2026 by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
After maturing, it was finished in first fill Pedro Ximénez butts. It is bottled at 46% without chill filtration or added colouring, and has a warm honey colour.
The nose is usually described as dark fruit, such as raisins and dates, with a restrained, spicy smoke. The palate is almost syrupy, with caramel and malty depth, and the finish is long, sweet and spicy, with dried fruit.
