The fourth release in the National Parks series from Wyoming Whiskey of Kirby, Wyoming. It is a limited wheated bourbon bottled at 49%.
It is a blend of more than 70 hand-selected barrels, each aged for at least five years on the Wyoming high plains. The mashbill is 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley.
The nose offers crème brûlée, cherry compote and toasted coconut. On the palate come crème caramel, vanilla, candied ginger and dark chocolate, with espresso, cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is lingering and smooth, with honeysuckle, oak and spice.
