Yamazakura Blended Japanese Whisky is a blend from the Yamazakura range of Sasanokawa Shuzo. The name combines two Japanese words: yama, meaning mountain, and sakura, meaning cherry tree. On the nose it shows orange blossom and subtle earthy oak. The palate offers fresh orchard fruit, biscuit coated in salted caramel and greengages, and the finish is medium in length and rich in vanilla.
